When it comes to your health, it really is worth spending some money if you really need extra help and someone to guide you through the difficult task of losing weight.

For a basic cost of £30 per hour, I will change your life, forever, giving you the tools to help you make the right choices throughout your life.

Paying for 12 sessions is a cost effective way for you to get the help that you need. A 12 week block of sessions is £300, which is the price of 10 sessions, so you are actually getting 2 free.

Personal Training Sessions

Once you have decided that a personal trainer is right for you, we can discuss your individual needs, deciding how often you should train.

How often you train with a personal trainer can vary from once per week, all the way to five times per week, it really depends on how much extra help you may need.

Meeting once per week is suitable for those that just need a little help, and for those that may need some encouragement and advice, but generally do well on their own.

For some, it may require a few sessions per week, especially if you feel that you need someone to offer motivational encouragement through the week.
